Field guns often lack the second sight bead found on sporting guns. Sporting guns often have lengthened forcing cones for lighter recoil. These and other features is what makes the sporting guns more desirable and often more expensive than field guns.
Field guns and Sporting guns often carry similar names. Rather, many models are produced in both field grade and sporting grade.
Beretta also manufactures varying styles of actions from the popular Over/Under break open models, Side by Side break open model, to the Autoloader. Each has its own advantage and disadvantage. See our catalog for the various models and styles of P. Beretta Shotguns.
